Welcome! ELLA community is a site for women dedicated to pursuing justice and making the world a better place through empowerment, leadership, love and advocacy. The goal is to provide a space to share ideas, stories, find inspiration and encouragement and build community online and offline in order to sustain individual and collective pursuits of social justice. We acknowledge the systemic and personal nature of social injustice and the impact this has on an individual, community and societal level. We are committed to dialogue and intersectionality in our discourse.
